Paypal Payments and Purchases
The Fleece Inn is a UK verified Paypal Business account holder.
All purchases are posted using UK Royal Mail economy delivery service.

The following explains everything you need to know about the personal data that you supply and we hold, how we use the data, and how you stand legally on our using information provided by you.
What do we collect?
The only data we collect is that provided by you on our Contact form. From time to time, we may also collect information on special input forms for surveys and so on.

How do we use the data?
We need to know your name, e-mail address and telephone number so that your enquiry can be actioned. All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). We ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you urgently if we require further information. Occasionally we ask you to e-mail us with your opinion on a particular subject, and may publish a selection of these comments on our web site. However, if you advise us that you do not wish to have your comments and name published, we will not do so.
Site Tracking
We use tracking software to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site to better meet the needs of visitors to thefleeceinn.co.uk. This software does not enable us to capture any personally identifying information.

Business Membership
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
A £300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your package booking.
Booking dates related to the package offers must be confirmed at least 8 weeks before the required date. Booking dates are subject to
availability and the Fleece Inn retains the right to restrict bookings to off peak periods.
Full payment is required at least 4 weeks after the date of your initial booking. Receipt will be provided for all payments made.
Please ensure all cheques are made payable to the Fleece Inn or request details for BACS transfers or card payments.

Weddings and Function Bookings
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
A £100/ £250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your function booking. For wedding reservations a further £500 deposit is requested once the wedding ceremony has been confirmed.
Final details and full payment is required at least four weeks before the date of your booking. Receipt will be provided for all payments made. Please ensure all cheques are made payable to the Fleece Inn or request details for BACS transfers or card payments.
NUISANCE DEPOSIT
As of 2013 a £500 deposit payment will be required for all functions and wedding receptions featuring live entertainment or recorded music played via our PA System. Following the event the £500 deposit will be returned should no nuisance / noise complaints be made to the local authority by any members of the community.
PRICES
All prices are subject to change and are correct at the time of publishing. All prices will be secured as those at the time of the deposit receipt.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings cancelled before a deposit has been paid will not incur a charge. Bookings cancelled once a deposit has been paid will not be refunded

All menus, designs and literature are Copyright The Fleece Inn. All rights are reserved. Brochures and literature are not to be reproduced without our prior written permission.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The Fleece Inn collects any information given during the course of the enquiry and booking process. We keep this on record to assist our administration and for future marketing initiatives. We do not sell or pass to anyone information contained on customers, which remains confidential to the company. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
While every effort will be made to meet demands; cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of the Fleece Inn.
MARKETING
We reserve the right to use any photographs taken at and testimonials given to the Fleece Inn for marketing needs.
