Molly, Border and Shanty afternoon - Sun 27 September, 2-4pm

Fleece-based Asum Gras Molly and Elemental Border Morris are delighted to host an afternoon of Border Morris and Molly Dancing!

Invited guests are Alvechurch and Hawthorn and Hare as well as the Coppice Shanty Crew.

Elemental Border Morris – An energetic, slightly bonkers ladies’ Border Morris side. Practicing in Worcestershire, each member represents one of the four elements: Fire, Water, Air, and Earth.

Asum Gras Molly takes its name from the colloquial term for Evesham asparagus. In tribute, the group wears green and purple costumes with green face paint. They dance all year round, not just during the short asparagus season.
