Take time to slow down, reset and reconnect with yourself through Tai Chi, a gentle practice designed to support physical health, emotional balance and cognitive wellbeing.
New weekly sessions begin on Thursday 14 May, running from 2–3pm at The Fleece Inn. Suitable for beginners and all ability levels, these relaxed and welcoming classes focus on mindful movement, breathing and wellbeing.
